If the 2-1-1 Video is not loading after 2-3 minutes, consider adjusting your video software settings in the Tools Menu in Internet Options. Also, users of proxy servers (when opened within their window) may have difficulty viewing this video. For this issue, please consider opening the video in Explorer or in another non-propriety browser.
