Objectives of Seminar:
Parents and caretakers will learn what Special Care Planning encompasses. For parents of a loved one with special needs, there is a poignant realization that there may come a time, through sickness, disability or death, when they will not be able to provide care for them. For this reason, many families choose to go through the Special Care Planning process. This planning process involves a broad range of decisions and plans designed to secure the future of loved ones with special needs.
